A special engineering insights upgrading the FEA simulations execution to pro-level performing coreshift simulations for overmolding process, fundamental for most of EV and electromechcanical components with insert molding .

One of technological bottlenecks for overmolded parts is the accelerated voids creation along component wall sections, causing isolation - leak validation failures ...highly critical for these products application/compliance.

through special simulations DoE and reverse engineering simulations with pro-level, the SW was capable to predict the voids forming risks with certain reliability, and essentially the inserts deformation risks also inside the mold compromising main design features.

Specific design guideline was release for such components engineering together with theoretical approval criteria to ensure design idoneity and quality compliance.
